Always Better Together!

Feel the Motion is a sustainable corporate social responsibility (CSR) programme organised by Sino Group and hosted by eMotionLAB to promote motion design as a future skill for young art and design talents in Hong Kong. We were so excited to be one of the speakers in “Feel the Motion”.

Character Design

With the theme of 'Always Better Together', we have designed 3 characters to reflect the situations of people working at home during the pandemic. The first character 'Tse Fa' used to be a social butterfly, but it has eventually withered after a long cocoon at home; Fat Duck's binge eating has made him a pimple-face fat boy and no longer handsome; and outgoing 'Gu Gu' has turned into a mouldy 'Gu Gu' after the endless lonely quarantine. Before the story ends, they finally meet each other and shall shrug off all the uneasiness through dancing together.

The most interesting programme in this event is to feature a “positive message” animation along the amazing Victoria Harbour. Therefore, we created an animation "Always Better Together" for this event.
