POND'S is a cosmetic brand that has been present in the Vietnamese market for more than 20 years. However, it is gradually losing its connection with the customer both in terms of functional & emotional. The brand has cooled down and lost its connection with the younger consumers, especially gen Z. 

The objective of this proposal is to recruit 560,000 new users to use POND'S, especially those who have never used skincare products before, with an aim to building confidence for young girls from the inside to the outside by providing beauty tips  through school-related university platforms. "A transformation from POND’S to inspire a transformation from you"
