Tiktok has been extremely popular in the key big cities of Vietnam, leading the entertainment market app. However, the brand is facing a stiff competition in the market with other brands such as Youtube Short, Instagram Reels. Therefore, the brand is planning to enter the rural area to win more customers. This is also a potential market, accounting for 63,3% of Vietnamese population, with 68% of them owning a smart phone. 

The main objective of this proposal is to recruit 50,000 new users who have never used Tiktok or having deleted the app for at least 3 months, transfer the key message "INSPIRE CREATIVITY AND BRING JOY". Besides, the campaign aims at raising awareness and enhancing the brand image.
