3D Illustration Course
As the instructor of the Domêstika course on Creating 3D Compositions, I have introduced a project called "3D Anthology" to my students. This composition aims to reflect each student's personal identification with elements that hold special meaning in their lives. It allows them to express themselves through objects, shapes, phrases, colors, animals, and anything else that represents their essence.
Throughout the course, I guide students through my own process of creating and conceptualizing 3D illustrations, which consists of three stages: the Creative Stage, 3D Production, and Post-Production. We cover various topics, including Conceptualization, Seeking Inspiration, Sketching, 3D Modeling, Color Palette, Lighting Schemes, Layered Rendering, Digital Retouching, and Project Presentation. Additionally, I provide tips, technical guidance, and creative recommendations to assist students throughout the process.
For my own Final Project, I have developed a composition centered around the themes that deeply inspire me and are integral to my life: music, piano, poetry, geometry, the sea, the moon, the night, illustration, playfulness, and fun. I am excited to share with you my 3D Anthology, along with some insights into the process that led to the final result.
