The challenge
Video streaming app
When it comes to online video streaming, influencers and models encounter many challenges: high numbers of users in chatrooms, multiple requests at a time, camera sharing, private messaging - just to name a few of them. Multi-tasking is not a plus here, it is a requirement.
After identifiying these problems through user testing, the app returns to its users new and improved, with simplified workflows, user-centered design, clean usability and tested user experience approaches, making the product a lot more intuitive and relevant for its users.
The approach
Multiple user flows in one
The entire process of acquiring and integrating the product into the market, including aspects of branding, design, usability and function, were taken into consideration for this product. User notes, with direct append of profile data from database, header auto-hide for better focus on active area, keyboard shortcuts and bindings for more efficient chat, camera minimization, are just a few of the features the app brings to its users.
