While One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest has had many book cover variations, this project was to redesign this book cover using a typography focused design. The most iconic part of both the movie and book that stood out to me was Nurse Ratched. I decided to use her hat as the main focus and molded the title into it. Her hair and eyebrows frame the title, and the sickly green background pays homage to the hallucinogenic toxicity that the story portrays.
