I have shot my final images and I am happy with there results, I could get enough sharpness as I am using modelling lights instead of a flash, but is what I was able to get ahold of.
Anyways, I learnt a bunch of stuff, specially when making sauces. I tried mixing almost everything in my kitchen to achieve a shiny, smooth texture for the sauce but mustard and ketchup are textured, and I needed something extremely smooth, like mayo, but not white.
So I used Mayo mixed with acrylic paint, but that was too liquid and it was dripping anywhere without having the consistency I wanted. which inherently failed.
Then I tried adding flour and it did the magic.

on this occasion I wanted my sandwich to look as if it was about to blow up from how filled it was, so I didn't cut the full length of the sandwich, instead, I left the fully cut sandwich to do my composite.

bare in mind only colours have been modified so veggies look unrealistically real (vibrant colours)
