A series of information brochures
about social programs run in the city
Our goal was to design brochures which are friendly and attractive to the recipient and won't arouse the negative emotions.
We break with convention of showing sad photos on the covers and illustrations what is the most popular way to depict social problems like violence or addiction. We used colors and abstract forms to illustrate the topic of each brochure. Colors are based on the social programs run in the city for years.
We created a series of covers based on metaphors and analogies. Each brochure is a set of characteristic figures that create the illustrations on the cover, text markers and decorative elements.
Another priority was to keep the content as readable as possible. It was made by using leading colour, simple tables, icons, and clear typesetting. The whole set of brochures contains over 350 pages.
