Furniture system
The furniture system was designed as a student assignment at School of Design, in colaboration with Trokut Novska, a company manufacturing solid wood furniture, mostly of the world famous Slavonian oak.
Form is inspired by the organic forms of oak - its longitudal section, as well as the traditional solid wood furniture construction.
Visiting Trokut industry and working on this assignment was an experience that has strongly influenced my design, set a course for future actions in working with wood, and a way of thinking in general.
