When Talent Shines is a handbook with one simple aim - find, retain and develop other leaders within large organisations. We were briefed to design a book that would breathe life into the subject of talent development. Hand drawn and digital illustrations were used to create engaging and memorable visuals that are a world away from stuffy corporate manuals.
