The 2020 USHJA Emerging Athletes Program Regional and National Training Sessions were cancelled due to Covid-19. As an alternative, the USHJA offered a virtual option. These are the courses which were delivered to the participants. Participants then sent video of themselves performing these exercises to the EAP clinicians and the videos were reviewed in a group session.
