This concept was created to promote donations to air vest research. The ask was for a illustration using a cute pony and rider, and using bubble wrap to mimic a vet. 

The following images show me working through the creation of the illustration. The Thelwell pony was the inspiration. There was some discussion of a fall happening, but ultimately it was decided not to depict an accident.
