CWOW Handbook
The Co-op Human Resources Team developed the CWOW (Co-operative Way Of Working) Toolkit as a way of helping their own HR teams improve their skills when working with their colleagues.
Containing a large amount of information, including diagrams and an interactive table, the Toolkit's design had to reflect the positive and helpful nature of the subject matter. As a resource intended for frequent use the different 'Tool' sections were coloured coded for easy reference.
The Toolkit was well received by staff and the Co-op Group Board when presented to them.
