遠東百貨是臺灣一家連鎖百貨公司,主要為經營買賣各項百貨商品、餐飲娛樂等。2020年進駐台北市信義區的全新第五代店《遠百信義A13》,主打全台唯一「全客層智能商場」、整體為科技感十足的建築風格。本次參與的母親節專刊製作,內容匯集店內多項商品,如大型家電、童裝玩具、保養品、餐飲美食、生活用品等,皆於本次檔期一同響應母親節優惠活動,共同感謝各位媽媽們一路上的辛勞。

Far Eastern Department Store is a chain department store in Taiwan, mainly for merchandising, catering and entertainment. In 2020, the new fifth-generation store, "Far Eastern Xinyi A13", entered Xinyi District in Taipei, aiming to become a high-tech customer experience shopping mall that applies to a broader audience. 

We were able to participate in the production of the special issue for Mother’s Day this time. The special issue contains the promotion of diverse products from the store, such as home appliances, children’s clothing and toys, skin care products, food and beverages, daily necessities, etc., celebrating Mother’s Day.

合作需求   /   Cooperation Needs


本次的專案負責人希望 POPOLAND波寶島能參與整本專刊的編排設計,同時希望加入我們的插畫元素,讓今年的母親節專刊,能不同於以往大眾印象中較為常見的樣式,而是設計出一本增添點文藝氣息、令人感到有趣的商業型錄。

​​​​​​​The person in charge of this project hopes that POPOLAND can participate in the layout and design of the entire special issue. By adding our illustration elements, he hopes this year's Mother's Day special issue can be different from the usual styles in the past, to be a business catalog, full of artistic flavor and fun.








設計概念   /   Design Concept


印象中的型錄,大部分給人感覺都是充斥著玲琅滿目的商品照與價格,排版樣式雖多樣化,但整個版面也經常排得密不透風,一旦資訊量多,很容易讓翻閱者無法從中找出閱讀規則,很快便失去翻閱耐性;因此我們希望以「資訊清晰、排版整齊、風格舒適、插畫逗趣」作為本次母親節專刊的設計重點。

思考如何編排的過程中,我們著重「商品為主,插畫為輔」的原則,重點在於翻閱者是否願意翻閱,以及吸收多少商品資訊,其次才是透過插畫來迎合不同欄位的主題,再盡情地發揮創意;如何在商品資訊與插畫間的版位取得平衡,是我們整個設計過程需要持續注意的。


Normally, the catalogues are full of exquisite product photos and prices. Although the layout styles are diversified, the entire layout is often impervious. Once there is too much information at the same time, it’s hard for the audience to find the reading rules, and will lose their patience to read. Therefore, we hope to use "clear information, neat layout, comfortable style, and funny illustrations" as the design focus of this special issue of Mother's Day.

In the process of thinking about how to arrange, we follow the principle of "commodity-oriented, illustrations supplemented", focusing on whether readers are willing to browse and how much product information to absorb, and then match our illustrations with different themes. Regarding the layout of the design process, we focus on achieving a balance between product information and illustrations.
