Nini Sum got invited by BAM (Ballistic Architecture Machine) to create a silkscreen art print edition celebrating their landscape design project 'Time Valley' in Shenzhen.

<River Of Time> depicts elements of the landscape in a counter-clockwise composition that's also like an ecological cycle diagram. A sun-like element in the upper corner directs energy towards a city below. The city appears to liquify and melt into a fountain feeding a river. The river flows upwards towards a Madagascar Almond tree which grows skyward, leading the eye back towards the sun and the start of the timeless cycle.

" Ballistic Architecture Machine (BAM) is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Beijing and New York. Founded in 2007 the studio has built projects from ARCHITECTURE to LANDSCAPES to STAGE SETS around the world. BAM's studio has a background in ART and CRAFTSMANSHIP and integrates these skill sets into all phases of the design process."

Nini Sum受到BAM (Ballistic Architecture Machine) 的邀请，为其在深圳新落成的景观设计项目‘时间谷’创作一幅订制艺术作品。在阅读研习关于'时间谷'项目的各种资料记录之后，丝网版画<时光之河>诞生了。

<时光之河>以环形的视觉动线描绘了时间的流动和一个近似生态循环的图景：从左上方的太阳形元素为起点，它悬挂于天空的一角，为暗夜带来光明，并顺着三角形('时间谷'项目中反复出现的花坛形状和设计符号)的指向将能量辐射向下方城市。山形的城市代表了BAM致力为城市、个人和自然间建立持久和谐关系的理念，同时也溶入时间谷的标志性喷泉之中，成为水源孕育出生命的河流。河流流向小叶榄仁树（也是'时间谷'中的主要景观植物），树木向着天空生长，将视线重新引回太阳，循环于是重新开始，构成一种无限与永恒。
