Poster made for the poster competition that Malaga Film Festival held for the 2021 edition.

Every year Malaga Film Festival is held to promote Spanish cinema, the poster of the event are selected by a jury that evaluates all the proposals that meets the competition criteria.    

I proposed a minimalistic vector illustration with a typical biznaga pattern incorporated in a large female dress. The biznaga is a handmade flower made from jasmine petals, the same flower are used in the festival logo, as well as represented in the actual award statue.

Although this poster wasn't the selected to represent the festival, I'm very grateful for the positive response it caused on social media.
