Project Description: Using an existing 31,000 square foot office plan, resdesign the space into a full-service assisted living/memory care facility located in Wellington, Florida. 

Design Concept: Like an Orange Blossom, Greenbriar Village is designed to be transformative, nurturing, durable, fresh and energized environment. Florida vernacular architecture and a farmhouse-chic interior design is individually tailored and customized for safety at Greenbriar Village. Each residence is barrier-free, has smart-home
technology, and has access to plenty of natural light to create a nurturing and energized place to call home.
