Multi-family residentional building is being built in former waterfront area. The plot
adjoins old river's flume. The building fits its scale into historic area of Chwaliszewo.

Bay windows were common in this dictrict on the turn of 19th century. Materials used on the elevation is among other things ceramic tile, which refers to historical brick wall and also to old gasworks (culture centre in this area).

The building has 5 storeys above ground and an underground garage. It will be serived by first in Poznań garage lift. The structure contains 46 apartments from 30 to 60 m2.

Net area of whole building equals 4040 m2
