The lovely people at The Animal Co invited illustrators from around the world to take part in their collective expo - The Species Project. The task was to design an animal of our choice in the form of the Animal Co logo. I chose the Chinese dragon partly because of its symbolism and partly because I thought it would be very interesting and fun to explore visually. Turns out I was right and ended up really enjoying working on this piece.
