A previous rendering of mine of this scheme on an ARX01e in 2011 was attributed as being a large driver in the sale of the car to the team, as it was 'so beautiful' that both the team owner, Greg Pickett and his wife fell in love with the design. 

 

The above high poly model has been converted and edited in to a low poly equivalent, suitable for use on mobile platforms. This model was then rigged and animated doing donuts, complete with an accurately skinned racing driver, a representation of Klaus Graf, who steers the car whilst donutting. 

 

The above rendering is an example of recent quality and is displayed on www2.emersio.com as well as being available as a downloadable wallpaper from the emersio app; the augmented reality app from Wirth research.
