Bob Dylan at Budokan’ was the first of about 15 of his albums I bought on vinyl, up to and including Infidels in 1984 when I also saw him at Slane Castle. Cheap Trick also made the venue famous so it was great to accidentally come across it on the way to a museum visit in Chiyoda, Tokyo and when we went inside this Karate tournament was in full swing so we watched for a while then I filmed and shot discreetly for a while. During lockdown I started looking again
at the images and I’ve a few more to post, I think they're more effective when taken from their backgrounds.
