Project Brief
To design a service design solution whose key component was a mobile app. The purpose was to keep the parents of children traveling as unaccompanied minors on flights, connected with their children throughout their journey, from the point they bid goodbye at the origin airport to the point when they are handed over to the designated guardian at the destination airport. This project was undertaken when I was an intern at Honeywell, Bangalore, India.

Team Composition
This was an individual project until the last step which was making the video that depicted the service design solution for which a friend who was skilled with a camera and four student actors joined the team.
