Sometimes Clients are asking for a 2D Look, before I started to do 3D (about 20 years ago) classic handpainted- and Vector-stuff was my daily business.
These visuals are adverstising a robust CD player able to skip scratches. CD Player??? Haha, yes- these ads are quite old (ten years in fact), but I found them looking for sth. on an old harddisc and I still like them.
