Arboreta – Business Park

Set in Queretaro, Mexico, right on the country’s most important and busy highway, Arboreta’s iconic tower stands tall. It watches over a new world-class business park that comprises 22 green lots meticulously authored for industrial, logistic, and commercial use.
Surrounded by trees, water, walking spaces and enriched with blue-chip amenities, this exceptional real estate endeavor is the brainchild of Estudio Macias Peredo. The award-winning architectural practice is known for its minimalist design and quality construction, emphasizing regional craftsmanship.
Drawing inspiration from the project’s elegant and warm architecture, as well as its respectful acknowledgment of the lush nature around it, we created a clean and functional brand identity capable of reflecting its best qualities.
Arboreta is a word that perfectly encompasses the park’s highlights. It refers to a botanical collection composed exclusively of trees. We created a stylish, round-cornered logotype to express this notion and a brand icon depicting a set of twin trees, constructed with the same lines from the logo typography.
The color palette is inspired by natural elements and Arboreta’s seamless blend of architecture and landscaping. An earth-toned assortment of hues dominates the brand scheme, featuring beige, copper, and grey. Arboreta’s brand identity comes together beautifully in the project’s brochure, designed vertically, with clean white spaces and a unique insert with highlighted information.
