I came up with an idea to design an interesting stool. Maybe everyone has thought about it once.
It was probably when I was at the cafe as usual. Seeing someone's hat on the table suddenly made me want to sit on it.
If the stool looks like a hat, you can stack it efficiently and it also will be fun to see you holding it.
At the time of making this stool, I was very interested in protecting the environment,
so I proceeded to use as little plastic as possible. This way made the stool lighter.
The stool is much bigger than I thought. So it seems that more interesting results have come out.
Chairs are always special. Because it doesn't exist just to sit down.

Do you know that there are many kinds of hats than you think? I thought very short about which
shape of a hat would be suitable for making a stool, but I think a hat that everyone thinks would be the most suitable.
Look at those hats over there. How comfortable would it be if you sat up there?
And what do you think of yourself sitting up there?
Just in time, it was the exhibition period of the laid-off designer 'Jasper Morrison,' where I could get a lot of inspiration.
He said the more efficient the stacking chairs were, the better the chairs were made.
It was also an opportunity to rethink the cork material.
I enjoyed making mood boards. I wanted to make the stool I was thinking of quick.
