Homeowners in The Netherlands consume energy, but many people don't understand what they are buying. And therefore are not loyal to one supplier. Can we educate users with interactive storytelling to stimulate customer engagement and loyalty?

To sustain the customer base and to tell the story of energy in an exciting and inspiring way, we choose to combine 3D video and sound design to create a real life situation with which people can identify. In that way, ENECO becomes more than just an energy supplier. It’s the start with meaningful relationship between brand and consumer. The campaign explains in a friendly way the very complex product that energy is.

RESULTS

This Warm Welcome is sent to all new customers in the Benelux and opened more than 1 million times.
