Mission
RATP Real Estate will launch a real estate concept for events and corpoworking  within industrial buildings of RATP Group located in the centre of Paris that have been identified as underused and with high potential.

Yellow Window conducted co-design workshops with the various project stakeholders within RATP Group to create the brand’s offer and core fundamentals.

RATP Real Estate entrusted Yellow Window with the management of the brand platform into a name, visual identity, and to create a design that fully optimizes the spaces. Yellow Window designed the space and the development of the design charter, its partner agency, 4uatre, did the name research and the graphic design.

Result
A coherent concept with the brand name "Urban Station" which reflects the vision and ambition of RATP Group to be a major player in the City of tomorrow.

The design charter is based on six main principles:
- The watermarked RATP identity 
- Urban anchoring by an organization of spaces offering perspectives and a panorama on the city
- Modularity to be able to adapt spaces according to needs
- The creation of spaces conducive to exchanges
- Enhancement of the architectural identity of each site
- Virtuous commitment

The design charter for future architects describes the atmosphere, the different spaces and the variation of the graphic identity.

Yellow Window participated in the jury of the architectural competition for the choice of the agency that will be in charge of the rehabilitation of the first buildings.
