UX and UI Design of an app supporting people with eating disorders

Brief: The company Jourvie wanted to update their journaling app with two clear goals: It should be simpler to use with fast access to the main journaling function and it should look modern, simple and fresh for the target audience of mostly young girls. We decided to redo the old app completely and reimagine the whole journaling process while also make the app something you are happy to use. We created delicate icons making use of the new high-res screens of modern smartphones while maintaining a very simple UI – a winning combination as it turned out.
