Staff Association logo
A large Dutch dairy company recently opened their new innovation centre. A place where about 400 employees will be working together creating new dairy based products. In the past there were different associations and activities at every R&D location. With the move to the new building it was time for a new Staff Association for everyone who is working at the Innovation Centre. Their main goal is to bring people together; get to know each other better and of course have a lot of fun after working hours. Come together and enjoy!
For this Staff Association we designed new a logo that looks like a cow (dairy company). But if you take a closer look you will see that this cow is made of a lot of different human faces (employees). We also designed Their website and a leaflet. The other designs are examples of the possibilities using this logo.
The name is WEI and it stands for WE innovate. Wei is the Dutch name for meadow. Written in a different way (wij) but pronounced in the same way, it means WE. Whey pronounced in the same way in English) is one of the products made out of milk.
