The Case Manager
After long and heated discussions the decision was made to first target professional case managers
(pros who guide people affected by a sudden nursing case in their family). The Value Proposition was to provide them with an application that makes their work way easier and at the same time functions as their "backend" of the bigger vision we outlined, conceptualized and validated thoroughly:
The Support Network Application.
Since we validated the concept before with all stakeholders involved and were already working with professional case managers, this was a reasonable approach for the MVP, although this market is very, very tiny and there would most likely be no revenue worth mentioning in the beginning.
Below I showcase the wireframes and designs for both mobile and Desktop / iPad.
The basic function of the app was to provide the cases managers with a much better way to organize their cases and communicate with all the people involved. The main features include organization of cases, collecting all relevant data in one place, sending and receiving relevant documents, communication and coordination and setting up tasks, both for themselves as well as for family members and other stakeholders who would receive them on their end of the Support Network App.
