Studying the form, significance and technique of Bizarre Silks,
design a tea set collection which reflects the attributes of Bizarre Silks.
- Amalgamate the fantasy/exaggeration with reality.
- Add the delicacy and intricacy of silk to the tea set.
- Balance the stark bright colors of silks with the sophistication of the French.
About the Collection
Bizarre silks are always appreciated for their finesse, the exaggerated imagery which is perceived in a different manner by every individual. Inspired by the same, the tea set collection has a very different form and mechanism but still fits the ergonomics in terms of design. The tea set is amalgamated with the parts of doors, locks and keys, because one can see similarities in their forms but never imagined them together. The French never left behind the flowers, so the print on the set is of flowers but with the intricacy which resembles the fine woven structure of the silk.
