Brief: Wellbe is a concept mobile app focused on providing suggestions (in form of videos or text) and goals tracking to people who want to improve their mental and physical health.
Target audience's motivations: people need support because there is an increase in mental and physical problems, Covid is one of the biggest causes in 2020.
Business vision: to promote physical and mental health because these factors are related to high productivity, so it would be advantageous for the whole economy.

I decided to design the screens using the latest trend called Neoumorphism, because it renders a subtle visual effect which I think it's appropriate for the feeling that this app want to express and also because users can concentrate more on the content.
