The brief was to create a house that will be the inspiration for several houses to be built nearby. The house must be located on a bank of the island, and should represent a few ideas that the client had in mind, such as: a pool, a fish pond, parking spaces for his car collection and three bedrooms for his children.

The concrete structure was chosen, as the house is based near water. This material is suitable for high levels of moisture coming from the river. The terrace of the house looks onto the river and the line of trees in front of it. The decking of the terrace is made of wood and furnished with a sofa and fireplace.
