Obrador in Spanish means an artisan workshop, especially for bakery and pastry.
From 1986 to 2017 the place was also a bakery, but after 3 years as an antique shop,
Marta & Ricardo transformed it in November 2020 into a new bakery.
Their goal: bring again a high quality bread to Pedraza (Segovia) and its surroundings.
De 1986 a 2017 el local también albergó una panadería, pero tras 3 años como tienda de antigüedades,
en noviembre de 2020, Marta y Ricardo decidieron volver a transformarlo en una panadería.
Sú propósito estaba claro desde el principio: hacer que Pedraza (Segovia)
y sus alrededores volviesen a tener un pan de calidad.
Ocher & green colors were used to give it a warm and natural touch and integrate it into its surroundings.
