TOTAL HOCKEY SUMMER CAMP

The Sports Training Academy's Total Hockey Summer Camp includes at least two 45 minute workouts dedicated to skating treadmill and on-ice skills as well as two 45 minute fitness workouts dedicated to plyometrics, speed, core strength and flexibility. There will also be weekly excursions to local arenas. As technology has changed the way the game is played, it is time to adjust how we teach the game. Therefore athletes will benefit from new and creative teaching methods. Through team skills training, the Hockey Academy will deliver results to young athletes. Athletes will also get the chance to participate in other sports and exercises in order to promote well rounded athletes!

Hockey Camp will include:

Shooting, Passing, Deeking, Stick Handling, Skating (Treadmill), Dry-Land Training

This  Summer Camp, located on the Oakville / Mississauga border runs weekly for the months of July and August for the following times:

Full Day Camp 8:30am – 4:30pm

Half Day Camp Morning Session 8:30am – 12:30pm

Half Day Camp Afternoon Session 12:30pm-4:30pm

OPTIONAL BEFORE AND AFTER CARE:

Before camp care begins at 7:30am

After camp care runs until 6:00pm
