Collaboration with Brooklyn restaurant Momo Sushi Shack, R&S designs and produces SALT, a bi-annual newspaper about chefs and kitchens. In addition to our role as creative directors, we have mentored SALT's editors, Mitchell Kuga and Anna Tome, through the entire editorial process: from conceiving the project and creating its identity to assigning art and stories and editing writing. SALT is distributed for free in restaurants, cafes and bookstores throughout NYC.
