My interest in the Womens Fitness League began at my Grand mother's old age home where I was lucky enough to see one of their performances. I began dancing with them for about a week. I then worked with them in their other dancing class in Parkhurst, Johannesburg. During this period we created two choreographed dance performances for the festival. Many young teenagers who joined in the last dance at the end viewed the performance. The main accomplishment of the work was getting the ladies to come into the CBD – a risk they would not ordinarily take.
