The specialists of the studio YUDIN Design have successfully created a sophisticated coffee bar highlighting the professionalism of coffee art and aimed at true connoisseurs of coffee. The open design with panoramic windows attracts passers-by and gives a glimpse of the elegant and minimalist interiors of the shop.

The owners of PRO espresso asked the design team to emphasise the progressive devices and the skills of the barista, who is finally not hidden behind the machine but produces tasty masterpieces right in front of the visitor's eyes!

One of the main characteristics of the coffee bar is the use by the barista of compact Modbar machines instead of the classic ones. Modbar is visually a single piston and a compact press and for its professionalism and functionality it is said to be the "Tesla of espresso machines".

The design of the bar counter resembles the letter U and holds a glass showcase under which the designers Vladimir and Aleksandr Yudin have laid 1300 tablets of coffee pomace!

According to the designers' plan, the interiors of PRO espresso have no partitions or massive structures, but the entire space is organized in such a way that, right from the entrance, guest's attention is drawn to the bar! The barista is no longer hidden behind large coffee machines but guests can engage with the team while they watch their drinks being made.

The Brothers Yudin also designed original tables with a recess for bags in the shape of the letter U: “We faced some difficulties when implementing our idea to bend the shapes of oak tables to produce the U-shape,” Aleksandr Yudin claims. “Many woodworkers were simply afraid to take on the promise of producing these tables on time but we did it".

The studio YUDIN Design was also tasked with creating the brand identity for the coffee bar and decided to use the word “PRO” to reinforce that the destination is for true coffee connoisseurs and everything here is about coffee.

The continuation of the identity in the interiors is realized with the help of a dynamic print on the walls as a symbol of the pace at which the team of PRO espresso works. To show the progressiveness of this coffee bar in the interior, the founders of YUDIN Design used a calm color scheme, sleek and streamlined shapes.

Panoramic windows evoke a feeling of confidence, stability and comfort. In general terms, the style of the interiors of PRO espresso can be delineated as Scandinavian futurism.

For the implementation of the project, natural oak, glass, metal, and concrete were used to demonstrate the brand's position - naturalness, only eco! Even the designer lamps realized by the Brothers Yudin are made of planks!

The design team obviously provided also a spacious and elegant bathroom for guests.

“We designed a real hard-brewed coffee logo! The letter “O” is in the form of a regular circle connected with a dash, resembling an espresso machine’s lever, which is an extension of the barista’s hand. This is one of the most important tools and an instrument with which the barista is constantly in contact,” Vladimir Yudin explains.
