As befitting a technically-focused agenda, the majority of these events are turned over to in-depth breakout sessions. We manage more than forty of these during the 5 days of each event across 4 different streams.
Each stream has its own dedicated technician to oversee the presentations.
All speeches are recorded to hard drive, edited on site and delivered to the client as MP3 files for internet distribution and download by the users.
Each delegate really does leave the conventions a Service Router eXpert!

In addition to running the plenary sessions during the conventions, we also help to install a ‘demonstration lab’ examination rooms, Training rooms Breakouts for which we provide 70 fully-configured laptops. During these experiential learning workshops, delegates get the opportunity to try out different scenarios using the new hardware and software and can, amongst other things, assess their “Service Routing Configuration and Troubleshooting Skills” ... it takes all sorts!

In partnership with Conference Contacts of Marlow, MultiMedia Plus provides all the SReXperts Conventions with event management and production skills during the build up to and over the course of these 5-day events. This means supplying kit and crew , creative design for sets and speaker support and all other logistic and delegate support.
