Best Before... is a project that examines the concept of minimalism in packaging design pushing to the extreme the idea of limiting some products functional informations, highlighting only some of them: the food life cycle.

Different foods have been wrapped inside super-austere packagings, adorned with  graphic code-like textures and giant "best before" informations.

No other information is needed, no food name or type, no ingredients, no logo or pay-off.

"Best Before..." shows the exacerbation of a world dominated by data, codes, automation, fast lifestyle rhythms, obsession for Death, pragmatism and cynicism.

But it's also a hidden suggestion: make packages informations more easily to see (not necessarily in this way! :) ).
