On the other side is a project about a smallpart of the St. Judes district in Plymouth that is cut off from the rest by atrain track. This small area is run down with shabby and often abandonedhouses. The small cobblestone lanes have piles of litter, old TVs and otherscrap lying about on the ground. The rate of unemployment is high and thestreets deserted. When you walk through one of the three tunnels that pass thetrain track you enter a world where people like to be left alone, where manythings could be better but no one seems to believe in change.
