Geographic, visual, cultural borders... fictional.
We're I.D, a collective whose aim is connecting people reflecting and challenging anything that menaces to bring division between fellow human beings, also between us and nature. We're happy to introduce the work we've developed during our first year as a collective, and to invite you to get to know us and hopefully connect with us!
So, which is our plan of collective action? We focus on promoting movement in all of its forms, as artistic expression, freedom of speech and choice, social and political commitment, supporting minorities and building communality. Our main objectives revolve around connecting, manifesting, mobilizing and communalizing, this by the creative prompting to action of artistic and critically reflective practices. We believe we can achieve a unified voice in order to break down unequality, by means of care, service and an aware sense of organicity.
Right now we're happy to announce the preliminary stage of our first collective launching, where body, horizons, and ways of perceiving, living and creating reality and territory are protagonists. Despite all the restrictions and mismatches of this particularly complex period in time (2020's quarantine lasting almost this whole year), we've undertook the challenge to seek for ways to keep creating and sharing. We want to know from you!
