Sketches from the "Berliner Dom",

"Lustgarten" & "Museums-Island" in the center of Berlin.

Berlin Mitte before it was a corona hotspot. I really like to sketch in big city's because

the people you will sketch don't care about it. You loose yourself in sketching.

Sketchbook on the right side: A child wait for his father on the street and on the left site you see a man relaxing at the stairs from the "Berliner Dom" with his phone.

On the right side you see the "Lustgarten" and the "Berliner Dom" watching from the "Museums-Island".

There was a china-restaurant were lamps hang on the the ceiling. It was very beautiful. On the right site you see the "Berliner Fernsehturm" . A city never sleep.

One of my favorite sketches from the tour, I paint colored versions with acrylic colors.

When I was near the National Gallery in Berlin I saw this woman walking in the street. She had caught me because she radiated such a beautiful positive charisma.

So I tried to hold her fast...
