Pink and beautiful – Mocktail drinks have gained a lot of popularity lately, and why not? There are numerous non alcoholic liquids available to replace spirits and make it even easier to go from cocktail to mocktail. The flavors vary from fruity to sweet and from bitter to sour, even hot mocktail drinks can be found. For me it does not matter to necessarily enjoy my drink with alcohol, taste is much more important. The base for my Orient Apple mocktails have been pomegranate, rosewater, Seedlip Spice 94 and some lemon and egg white. It makes as a very tasty aperitif. If you want to give it a go, get out your shaker and mix my Orient Apple mocktail.
