For the 2nd time already I had the pleasure to document the Rolling Pin Speakers Dinner of the Rolling Pin Convention 2023. The Rolling Pin Convention is one of the most important gastronomy events in Germany. It offers a great variety of speakers from different areas of the gastronomy like bartenders, suppliers and chefs. It always kicks off with the annual Speakers Dinner, hosted by Berlin celebrity chef The Duc Ngo at his pop-up restaurant Le Duc in Berlin.
