Il tema portante della serie "Natura Umana" è il rapporto tra uomo e natura, trattato in chiave onirica e surreale.
Il rapporto tra questi due mondi muta continuamente. Basti pensare a Leonardo da Vinci che, nonostante la visione antropocentrica dell’universo, diffusa in quel periodo, ha sempre cercato di comprendere la natura e non dominarla, al contrario di quanto accadeva in passato.
Ho scelto di fondere i due mondi, senza che l’uno prevalesse sull’altro, in una perfetta simbiosi tra essere umano e natura, giocando col termine "natura umana", in modo da poter illustrare anche la parte più intima di un'individuo, come la dipendenza affettiva in "Symbiosis" o il bullismo in "Words Kill".
Le illustrazioni sono realizzate attraverso l'utilizzo del software Adobe Photoshop e un display interattivo.
The main theme of the "Human Nature" series is the relationship between man and nature, treated in a dreamlike and surreal key.
The relationship between these two worlds changes continuously. Just think of Leonardo da Vinci who always tried to understand nature and not dominate it, as opposed to what happened in the past.
I chose to merge the two worlds, without one prevailing over the other, in a perfect symbiosis between human being and nature, playing with the term "human nature", in order to illustrate even the most intimate part of an individual , such as emotional addiction in "Symbiosis" or bullying in "Words Kill".
The illustrations are made through the use of Adobe Photoshop software and an interactive display.
