My final major project of my final year at Hereford College of Arts. For this project I designed and illustrated a non-fiction children's book concept based around world foods. I created a final set of 10 illustrations for a 20 page zine.
I also created a set of book mockups to showcase how a finished book may look like.

Zine Pages
For my final outcome I compiled all of my illustrations into one zine with a short story to establish a vertical slice of my book concept. This zine focused around Germany out of the 8 countries I researched.
This book is a fusion between story and information with two characters exploring a culture together. Each section will revolve around a different country with three pages. The first page will focus on cultural scene of an area in the country. Next a more personal scene of themed sweets. Finally the section will be capped off with a traditional recipe from the culture.
