I am a great lover of the outdoors and am lucky enough to have a georgeous forest a stones throw away which has public access. I setup this installation piece in said forest as it was the perfect surroundings with it's moss covered trees and ground. I designed and created this floral construction as an entry to an industry magazines competition (one that unfortunately I missed the deadline to . . DOH!) the briefing being just 2 words GROUND BREAKING. Below is my interpretation of this. . . .
Oh and by the way I left my design in the forest (of which to get to most have to travel a fair distance by car) for the public to enjoy only to find that the next day it had been stolen! The main orb of moss and flowers had been lifted carefully without disturbing the stream of petals that had once spewed from it. I'm highly intreagued to this day as to whom caried out this theft!! If anyone knows let me know as I'd like to get the frame back please!
