Following the unsuccesful attempts at a fair and decent negotiation among members of the Senate and the newly appointed Committee, students of the University of Theatre and Film Arts decided to get the University buildings under blocade. After standing demonstrations in sympathy with the students and their professors, students sent the Charta Universitas with their conditions about reopening the university to the Parliament on September 6, 2020.
