Current solution exists out of impregnated wooden boards that are wedged in between the container, and a custom piece of cardboard. Problem: if the wood is not the right length or of bad quality, the total construction fails.
The container is then filled with soybeans via an auger.
We tested with our existing materials, but this did not withstand the strong flow of beans, or took more time to install.
Our solution; a clip-in harness with bulkhead.
Our bulkhead is fast and easy to clip in and goes all the way up to the auger and leans in against the beans. This way the container can be maximal filled.
